Ordering

What is the ordering process?

After placing an order is it processed within 24 hours and submitted to the dispatch department for processing. It is then shipped out shortly after. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours during week days. If you order late on Friday or on the weekend, then the order is processed on the next business day which is a Monday. You will receive a notification once your order is submitted and then another notification when it is sent out.

How to order?

Simply add an item to the cart and checkout by following the checkout process. Along the way you will need to supply basic information about where to send the order and then pay for the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Returns

How do I return an Item ?

This website has a return function which you can access in the 'my account' section of the website. Simply follow the prompts and enter in the required information to submit a return. Alternatively contact us to arrange.

My item is damaged or faulty, what do I do?

Shipping

What are the shipping timeframes?

Please see here. We offer 2 options. A faster tracked service which is 1-2 weeks or a slower service that can take up to 4 weeks.

Where are items shipped from?

Please see here. Items are shipped from either the U.K or Australia depending on stock availability.

Do you deliver internationaly?

Yes, if your country is not listed during checkout then contact us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you can request tracking information by contacting us. It can take 1-2 days for tracking information to show.
