Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient ordering experience. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and are then forwarded to our dispatch department. Typically, orders are shipped within this timeframe during weekdays. If you place an order late on Friday or over the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order is submitted and another notification when it is shipped.

Please note, certain products with short expiry dates, such as Symprove, are made fresh to order and may require 2-3 days for processing before shipping.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide shipping information and payment details to complete your purchase.

What are the shipping timeframes?

We offer two shipping options:

  • Fast-Tracked Service: 2 weeks
  • Standard Service: Up to 4 weeks

Where are items shipped from?

Items are dispatched from either the U.K. or Australia, depending on stock availability. If local stock is depleted, orders may be shipped from our international facility in the U.K. All Symprove orders are dispatched from the U.K. due to the product's short shelf life and are made fresh to order.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do offer international delivery. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

How can I track my order?
