Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours and submitted to the dispatch department for processing. It is then shipped out shortly after. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours during weekdays. If you order late on Friday or on the weekend, then the order is processed on the next business day which is a Monday. You will receive a notification once your order is submitted and then another notification when it is shipped.
There are some exeptions to this with products that have short expiry dates, i.e. Symprove, and therefore this type of product is made fresh to order and may take 2-3 days to process before it is shipped out.
