What is Boluoke?
Boluoke is a dietary fibrinolytic supplement containing lumbrokinase that may help to support and maintain healthy blood coagulation.

Hypercoagulation is a condition in the blood where there is excess platelet formation, leading to what is know as clumping of the platelets. This also results in increased blood viscosity and blood proteins known as fibrins to be deposited inside capillary walls. When this happens, vital nutrients and oxygen may struggle to reach the tissues. In addition, cellular waste removal can be compromised which may lead to clotting. This can also affect circulation.
Boluoke lumbrokinase supplements have been used for more than 20 years and are well known for their anticoagulant properties. The main mechanism of action is the breakdown of fibrin, which is a protein used in coagulation, which in some conditions, can build up in the arterial and capillary walls.

Ingredients
Certain earthworms have been used for centuries in traditional Asian cultures. They were often powdered or eaten whole before modern science was established.
In the 1980s, Japanese scholars discovered that they could extract the fibrin-dissolving enzymes from earthworms known as Lumbricus rubellus. These types of extracts then became known as lumbrokinase. Note: these extracts go through advanced purification processes to ensure the product is pure and free from contaminants.
Research
According to the manufacturer, plasma fibrinogen levels can be reduced by up to 20% in 4 weeks however its important to note that levels will not be reduced below normal. Other types of tests show a reduction in low-shear whole blood viscosity up to 38% in 4 hours. More information is available from the manufacturer. Dosage
Take 1 capsule one to three times daily 30 minutes before meals or as directed by your physician. According to the manufacturer, the fibrinolytic activity of a single dose peaks at around 8 hours after administration, and returns to baseline after 12 hours. Therefore to keep peak levels, it is recommended 3 times daily spaced 8 hours apart, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner.
